They will come with black and white twine to hang from and be perfect hanging on the side of a trick or treat basket or gift basket.

Who is Newly-Made Designs?
When will my order ship?
Each and every order is handmade to order. We ask for up to 10 business days to complete your order and get it sent out; however we work as best we can to send out every order ASAP.
If you need to receive something by a certain date, or if you're needing a rush order, please reach out to me and we can discuss.
*Business days refer to M-F (excluding National Holidays).
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
My package was marked delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend these following steps:
- Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
- If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
- Call your local Post Office to locate the missing package using GPS location.
- Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
In the event, the package was returned to shipper, you will be responsible for the second attempt shipping shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
Since all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, unless otherwise damaged or defective. Please contact me with pictures within 3 days of delivery.
If there is an exception needed to be made, that will be on a case by case basis & may require a $10 restocking fee deducted from any refund.
Additionally, we require the item to be shipped back & returned to us in its original condition, before any refund is processed.
What stain color is used on my frame?
Here at Newly-Made Designs we like to provide each order with its own personality and uniqueness, therefore, each stain color we use is hand-mixed by combining multiple stain colors together. No 2 are exactly the same. This is why we offer dark brown vs. light brown instead of exact stain colors.
